Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find his contact details at the top of this page under “Notice about the responsible party”.

How do we collect your data?

On the one hand, your data is collected by providing us with this information. Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. These are mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page call). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.

What do we use your data for?

Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Other data can be used to analyse your user behaviour.

Analysis tools and third-party tools

When visiting our website, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This is done primarily with cookies and with so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; the surfing behavior cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Detailed information on this can be found in the following data protection statement. The purposes of the processing are explained below in the section “Data collection on our website”.

A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Your right to withdraw your consent to data processing

When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. To do this, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your browser does not support Web Fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used. Further information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq

jameda seal and widget

Seals or widgets of jameda GmbH, St. Cajetan-Straße 41, 81669 Munich, Germany, are integrated on our website. A widget is a small window that displays variable information. Our seal also works in a similar way, i.e. it does not always look the same, but the display changes. Although the corresponding content is displayed on our website, it is retrieved from the jameda servers at that moment. This is the only way to always show the current content, especially the current rating. To do this, a data connection must be established from this internet page to jameda and jameda receives certain technical data (date and time of the visit; the page from which the query is made; internet protocol address (IP address) used, browser type and version, device type, operating system and similar technical information) that is necessary for the content to be delivered. However, this data is only used to provide the content and is not stored or used in any other way.
With the integration, we pursue the purpose and the legitimate interest to present current and correct contents on our homepage. The legal basis is Art 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO. We do not store the above-mentioned data due to this integration. Further information on data processing by jameda can be found in the data protection declaration on the www.jameda.de website.

reCAPTCHA

For the protection of your inquiries via internet form we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc. (Google). The query serves to differentiate whether the input is made by a human being or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the service reCAPTCHA to Google. For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. Your IP address will, however, be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is used. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of reCaptcha is not combined with other data from Google. For these data the deviating data protection regulations of the enterprise Google apply. You can find further information on Google’s privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de
